If you are a dynamic and passionate College/FE Lecturer seeking a new Lecturing role, this would be perfect for you. Our client is a consortium of amazing educational establishments (Primary, Secondary and Colleges/FE) across the United Kingdom.
Qualification and Experience:
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, NQT)
A relevant degree (e.g, BEd or equivalent)
Enhanced DBS on the update service (this can be applied for)
Have the right to work in the UK
Lecturer should be able to:
Teach on a programme of appropriate courses.
Assess, review and record learner progress.
Maintain course and learner records; carry out tracking and monitoring of learner performance and provide information, data and statistical returns as required.
Work with the appropriate Director of Curriculum and course teams in the development, review and evaluation of the curriculum.
Embed employment skills (including literacy, numeracy and IT) into the curriculum and courses.
Accompany learners on educational visits, including residential courses and exchanges.
Carry out administrative tasks related to courses and attend meetings as required by the Director of Curriculum.
Implement assessment procedures and prepare and participate in internal and external verification and moderation procedures including attendance at associated meetings.
