Job Summary:
As a Front of House Steward, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at StarryCare. This role involves ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance our guests’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm, friendly, and safe environment for all guests. Ensure that their visit is enjoyable and that they feel welcomed and valued.
- Customer Care: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, offering assistance, directions, and information to visitors as needed.
- Safety and Vigilance: Maintain a vigilant approach in safeguarding children, vulnerable adults, and the general public. Adhere to all safety protocols and respond promptly to any concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve visitor queries, complaints, or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Guidance and Support: Offer directions, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the visitor experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of safety and safeguarding protocols is desirable.
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is an advantage.
