Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food with due respect to client standards, systems and procedures and food safety legislation

• Follow instruction given by Head Chef, Catering manager or another authorised individual

• Assist other kitchen staff as required

• If working as a member of a team or working alone ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintained

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh

• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes

• Handle and store ingredients and food

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Job Requirements

•   Recognised qualification in food safety

•   A minimum of 2 years cooking experience
