]]>• Take overall responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners to provide high quality training, coaching, mentoring, instruction and assessment to learners to achieve their apprenticeship and/or qualification in a timely manner.
• Act as main point of contact for employers and learners, creating positive relationships with employers to support in the training and development of learners and, providing feedback on progress as required.
• Provide high quality training, coaching, instruction and assessment to learners both in College and in their place of work as appropriate.
• Initially assess the learners to determine their readiness for the apprenticeship programme, and to establish an individual learning plan to support their progression through the programme.
• Design and provide high quality training, coaching, instruction and programmes of learning, through training plans, that give learners opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours holistically, in sufficient depth, and in a timely manner, ready for the Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA), mapped out in the individual learning plan.
Qualifications
• Level 3 relevant vocational qualification and relevant vocational CPD
• Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications (or equivalent, A1, etc)

]]>Other Accountabilities
1. To maintain professional standards in relationships, including non- discriminatory

]]>The primary duties, tasks and responsibilities of this job role are to;
1. Work in collaboration with the subject lecturing staff and assessors, under the
direction of the Learning Support Manger, or their delegate, within a wide
variety of learning environments and situations. Support students to access
these curriculums both within and outside of a classroom environment
including: reading out of materials, note taking, word processing, using enabling
technologies, definition of language and other metacognitive skills.
2. Empower young people to achieve their personalised learning outcomes,
including Education, Health and Care Plan outcomes and targets.
3. Adaptation of class resources in order to ensure students are able to access
learning materials, i.e. enlarging text, modifying carrier language, etc.
4. Promote independence and empower students to make progress towards their
achievement and champion learning support and inclusion.
5. Provide support outside the formal classroom setting e.g. at breaks, Lunch, and
on pre-arranged trips where needed and the delivery of study programmes off
the college campus.
Qualifications
General education
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

The primary purpose of this job role is to:
To provide an outstanding sustainable service in the provision of management information to college staff and key stakeholders. Iin particular the post holder will be expected to:
• Develop, maintain, and support management information and operational reports that support activities throughout the college’s business cycle.
• Develop and maintain a set of college dashboard and the underlying data warehouse architecture that report progress of key performance indicators.
• Engineer the foundational infrastructure and mechanisms that facilitate the seamless flow of data among key management information systems.
Qualifications
Minimum of Level 3 IT/Computing qualification or substantial experience in a similar role
Minimum GCSE Maths and English grade 4 (C) qualifications or recognised equivalent or to attain within the probationary period
