Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students at GCSE and Functional Skills levels.
Prepare and develop high-quality teaching materials that meet the needs of all learners.

Support students in achieving their educational goals through individualized instruction and guidance.
Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Maths department.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Maths at GCSE and/or Functional Skills level.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to improving student outcomes.

Relevant Electrical Installation qualification at Level 3.
Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English.
Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of curriculum and quality frameworks.
Proven high standard of teaching skills or potential to achieve outstanding teaching.
Competent in using resources to provide a stimulating learning environment.
Effective in managing behavior and motivating students.
Commitment to achieving high standards for all students.
Excellent team-working, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
Commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
Desirable:
Recognized teaching qualification.
Assessor/IQA qualification or willingness to work towards it.
