We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Input Administrator to join our team at City of Wolverhampton College. As a temporary member of the Funding and Compliance department, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry for enrolment and ILR (Individualised Learner Record). Key Responsibilities:
- Enter student data accurately and efficiently into the college database
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for enrolment and ILR
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Verify data for errors or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Provide administrative support to the Funding and Compliance team as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Enhanced Child DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
- Right to work in the UK (e.g., passport)
- Two professional references
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
