We are seeking an experienced and organized Examinations, PLR and Progression Administrator to join our team at City of Wolverhampton College. As a temporary member of the Funding and Compliance department, you will coordinate examinations, PLR (Prior Learning Record), and progression processes, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate examinations, PLR, and progression processes
- Manage administrative tasks related to examinations and student progression
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to examinations and progression
- Provide administrative support to the Funding and Compliance team as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Enhanced Child DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
- Right to work in the UK (e.g., passport)
- Two professional references
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
