Lecturer – HVAC/Refrigeration
Job Description
Starrycare is looking for experienced Lecturers in HVAC/Refrigeration on a temporary basis to deliver high-quality education to our Further Education students. You will bring your expertise in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration systems to the classroom, ensuring students gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge required for the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical workshops in HVAC/Refrigeration topics.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and support students’ academic progress through feedback and evaluations.
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment during practical sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into teaching.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC/Refrigeration.
- Previous teaching experience in a Further Education (FE) setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration technologies and safety standards.
