Hyper Resourcing is recruiting registered nurse. If you want to make a difference, we have exciting full and part time opportunities available for experienced Nurses to provide care and support in different locations across the UK. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
Some of your duties will involve:
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Supporting with daily activities
- Delivering and administering medication
- Personal Care
