Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support the care team to ensure effective care delivery.
• Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support and facilitate the emotional, social, and educational development of the children.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and growth of each child.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a residential child care setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
