Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver welding curriculum, including both practical and theoretical instruction.
- Teach various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise students in the welding workshop.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support their learning journey.
- Ensure a safe and well-maintained workshop environment.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in welding technology.
- Mentor and inspire students to pursue careers in welding and fabrication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications in Welding or Fabrication.
- Previous experience teaching or training in a technical education setting.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with different learning styles.
- Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) are a plus.
