Job Description

Starrycare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Welding Lecturer to join our educational team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality welding courses, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding students through practical and theoretical aspects of welding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver welding curriculum, including both practical and theoretical instruction.
  • Teach various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.

  • Ensure a safe and well-maintained workshop environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in welding technology.
  • Mentor and inspire students to pursue careers in welding and fabrication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in Welding or Fabrication.
  • Previous experience teaching or training in a technical education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students with different learning styles.
  • Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) are a plus.
