Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Performing Arts and Media. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, assessment, and support to students enrolled in our Performing Arts and Media programs. They will contribute to curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration within the department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both the theoretical and practical aspects of performing arts and media, with a commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and professional skills development in our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops in performing arts and media.
  • Develop and enhance course materials to meet academic standards and industry trends.
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
  • Engage in scholarly activities and stay updated with field developments.
  • Participate in departmental administration and contribute to program improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Performing Arts, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Teaching experience in higher education, preferably in performing arts or media.
  • Expertise in areas such as acting, directing, or digital media production.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
